At Babies-Amity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Products such as baby pillows, rompers, bathtubs, warmers, and accessories must be free of any signs of use or damage.
• Clearance items or special offers are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team at babies.amity@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*Please note that all returns must meet the return criteria outlined above. Items should be unused, and all original components must remain intact.

Your refund will be processed via the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide free return services. Alternatively, we offer a 20% refund of the product cost if the item meets our return criteria, allowing you to avoid the cost of return shipping.
